Meet Sister Rosie Peña, M.Ed.

Rosie Peña embodies deep faith, unwavering commitment, and outstanding leadership. She is a devoted mother to a son, a daughter, and a son-in-law, and a proud grandmother to two precious granddaughters. Although her beloved husband has gone on to his heavenly home, Rosie remains steadfast in her dedication to serving God and others.

With over 38 years as a pastor’s wife and 18 years as a bishop’s wife, Rosie has been a pillar of grace and wisdom within her church community. Her journey of leadership includes multiple terms as District President and service as District Pastors’ Wives Leader and local Ladies’ Ministry Advisor. She has inspired and mentored countless women through her roles as a pastor’s wife, Bible study teacher, friendship group leader, women’s ministry coach, and supervisor of Women’s Life Groups at her home church, Victorious Life Temple in McAllen, Texas.

Rosie’s heart for ministry is matched by her dedication to education and service beyond the church. She holds a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, along with multiple certifications in teaching, educational leadership, and school principalship. As an ordained chaplain and retired educator with over 33 years of experience, Rosie brings compassion, guidance, and wisdom to every role she embraces.

Her life story is one of resilience, faith, and a genuine desire to uplift others. Rosie Peña continues to inspire and bless everyone she encounters, leaving a lasting impact in both her spiritual and professional communities.
