
Meet Pastor Alex Santos
Pastor Alex V. Santos is the Senior Pastor at the First Apostolic Church in Portland, Oregon, The Bridge, since 2013. He has over 38 years of ministry experience, and has pastored in Hawaii, and served in various congregations throughout California. He served as the General Secretariat Administrator at the Apostolic Assembly headquarters from 2004 until 2013. Pastor Alex is a graduate of McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago, where he earned his Master of Divinity in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Theology from the Apostolic Assembly International Bible College.
He currently serves as the Oregon District Secretary, teaches at the International Apostolic Assembly Bible College, and is part of the Department of Social Assistance committee and the "Antioch" English Commission. He is married to Sister Carmen M. Santos. He has two married adult children and two grandchildren; Pastor Alexzander, and his wife, Tanya, and two children: Haddasah and Judah, they are Missionaries in Anchorage, Alaska. His daughter, Alessa, and her husband, Peter Alvarez, serve and lead in the Coachella Valley, California. In his free time, Pastor Alex enjoys exploring new places with his wife and spending time with family, while continuing to serve and lead the church in every capacity he is called upon with honor, passion and commitment.
